bio

Crossing Sarnoff began its run as an acoustic duo formed by high school friends Jeremy Williams and Brad Schumacher. Jeremy and Brad developed a unique and unusually strong song writing relationship writing about life, love and the feeling of making something more out of life.
In 2004, after beginning to write songs as a full band, Brad accepted a full ride scholarship play baseball at Regis University in Denver, Co.. For the next two years Jeremy formed an acoustic trio in hopes that Brad would return to fill his empty drum throne. The trio version of Crossing Sarnoff started playing heavily around town and began to catch people’s ears and built a strong fan base winning the Tucson Acoustic Battle of the Bands in 2006. Brad graduated with a Business degree and returned to Tucson to pursue the band full time.
Their sound is pure – easy listening – light rock/pop. Crossing Sarnoff has great tunes, great vocals with great harmony. The melodies are smooth and are well thought out which creates that special trade mark sound we will call, Crossing Sarnoff. But listen to that electric guitar and you think it has a voice of its’ own. Yes, it speaks!
Their new single, “Burnt Up”, is off of their new album, “Lessons From The Soul”. To Crossing Sarnoff, this means that yes, it gets hot enough to burn in the Arizona desert and that people get tired (burnt up) with their lives and the city.
At this time, Crossing Sarnoff is focused on the Phoenix market and will be working on a small tour over the summer.
“It is our most sincere hope that we could be part of the musical revolution that changes commercial music from its cold, lifeless form of today and help bring back great songs that give people hope and courage in time of need.”
